DIGITAL TESTER FOR PRESSURE GAUGES CHECK

MAIN FEATURES:

The P/N MCD-10290-9 pressure gauge check digital equipment, developed for pressure gauge calibration check, is composed by two different sections:

• High pressure section allowing to check gauges up to 700bar (10000 PSI) having an accuracy of 0.1% f.s (resolution of 0.1bar)
• Low pressure section allowing to test gauges up to 20bar (290 PSI) having an accuracy of 0.1% f.s (resolution 0.01bar)
• Minimess quick disconnect
• RS232 plug on the instruments for data exchange through a RS232-USB cable to PC.
• Digital pressure gauges completely self-sufficient for field operation (2 AAA batteries grant 1 year of use)
• ON/OFF pushbutton
• ZERO setting and scale setting
• PEAK (max value recorded)

The system allows to choose different units of measure like PSI, bar, MPa.

The digital instruments used in the pressure gauge calibration check digital equipment are certified as referment instruments by an Italian certified calibration laboratory appointed by “ACCREDIA” (Italian Accreditation Organisation) and are supplied with relevant certificates.

The pressure gauge check digital equipment has a 0.1% accuracy, as requested by the EN 837-1, to test the pressure gauge with a class 0.4% or greater (typical instrument installed on hydraulic test benches or on production process line).
